A quick reminder to anybody who is attending the Convention and planning
on staying in the hotel. If you haven't booked your room yet, you need
to get a move on. There are less than 70 rooms available.

All hotel bookings will receive an acknowledgement. When you book online,
our system will confirm receipt of this booking and you should print this
out for your records.
If you booked on-line and filled in your email address, or if you book by
snail mail and filled in an email address, you will receive confirmation by
email. If, however, you booked by snail mail and didn't quote an email
address, you will receive a snail mail acknowledgement.
In case you have any concerns about the status of your hotel booking, please
send an email to hotel [at] dwcon.org. Please include your name and membership
number together with the details of your query.
